Benway said here 's another subdivision plan adjacent to this where they <br /> could use a common area for recreation as the owner has deeded rights on <br /> both plans . Mr. Jonas felt it would be a dangerous situation for parking <br /> with the recreation area and questioned the distance and difficulty o <br /> kids to go there . The Board told Mr. Benway to get an Assessor's map <br /> incorporating both plans s e Bch that will show recration area dnd [.'fir. <br /> Benway agreed . <br /> Mr. Dubin said Punkh orn Point has the 1st base coat of pavement d own. He <br /> saidhe got an estimate from B .rbo a o $40, 000. He 's now asking for <br /> release of covenant in exchange for ars irrevocable letter of credit which <br /> would expire 7/1/85 . <br /> Mir. Rowley said street signs and boundsweren't included and Mr. Marsters <br /> said also not included was the price for electric wires , pads , etc , He <br /> needs the cost included in the letter of credit . <br /> !Ylr .. Dubin said he could go with a figure of $75,000 and Mr . Rowley agreed <br /> it was definitely a reasonable figure . Mr. Dubin said he will give Mr. <br /> 11arst rs the release to hold until he gets the letter of credit . This <br /> was acceptable to the Board members . Mr. Jonas made a motion to accept <br /> the release subject to him bringing ing i the letter of credit . Ms . sTone <br /> seconded it and ?.!7-, Jonas and Mr. Ma esters voted in favor. <br /> The Board discovered Sea Oaks ' letter of credit expires 1/1/85. Mr. Rowley <br /> said they dill have plenty to do , only the binder is down. To-Ir. Dubin said <br /> he will speer to Atty.. horse to have it extended to 7/1/85 and get it t <br /> him before the next meeting , <br /> Mx . Dubin brought in bonds for Yiashpee Investors in the amounts o $3125 ,00 <br /> and $17, 000.00 to be turned into the Treasurer, <br /> Mr. Bowleg gage a report on shields Rd . He said he had a call from Mr. <br /> Creta who told him the Droce s store was in, This was and Mir. Rowley <br /> r <br />
