MA 02649 <br /> SPECIAL UING BOARD MEETING MINUTES : 11/28/84 Page 3 <br /> Mr. Rowley said he looked -at simon's Darrow regarding Mr. Russo 's request <br /> for a. covenant release , He said one basin at the entrance to Mashpee <br /> Neck Rd . was too high and needs .a little more seed . He wants to be sure <br /> the basin aloes catch water. He recommended they add another oo to <br /> the base bond amount , so if they need to reconstruct , they have some <br /> money to do it . <br /> The Board recommended po tpo ing the article on Section 5 .5 and hear it <br /> at another meeting , <br /> The Board discussed Watersed e . Mr. Bowleg said they would have to present <br /> a subdivision plan from the Town of Barnstable also . other~ problems he <br /> found were : <br /> 'heir well is in Barnstable and they can't have a well there and <br /> supply eater to Mashpee . <br /> The buildings were too close to the bog , especially since it 's an <br /> active bog and they may aerial spray it . <br /> Supply for fire fighting not readily accessible . <br /> The well is so close to the bog, once pumped don't know duality <br /> of water,, <br /> Feels development large enough- to require more than one entrance . <br /> Problem with walking paths around bogs if use pesticides . <br /> Mr. larsters said he would like a loo ' setback on the pond rather than 50' <br /> s shown. He also said due to sensitivity of the land , operating bogs <br /> _ severe topography and one entrance , it warrants the units be dropped in <br /> density. However he Felt mA was good use of the land :and Mr. Hostetter <br /> is a good developer. <br /> The Board said . ' they don't have Zoo# of frontage without access road <br /> which hasn't been approved by Barnstable , therefore the plan doesn't meet <br /> site eligibility requirements and would have to be denied . It doesn't <br /> have Zoo ' of frontage on approved street as required by Iahpee . <br /> -he Board scheduled reviews of the four preliminary plans which were <br /> submitted at the last meeting, (Rogers & Marney, Henry C . Labute , Leisure <br /> Living Development Corp. & Edward Grogran) for 12/19/84. <br />
