Mr. Virgilio stated <br /> we v re dealing with sand sealed roads and the intersections need modifi- <br /> cations . He said the town needs. help in fora of money and not words . <br /> Jane Hendricks asked if they took into consideration the influx of build- <br /> ing going on in ashpee when doing study. Mr. Noise said they only <br /> looked at this project . Atty. Kirrane said they aro comparing this <br /> project to vacant land ; any particular area developed will increase <br /> traffic , but no more than single family development . <br /> ShirleyPeters felt 8 units/building was a fire hazard but Atty.
