They asked Mr. Rowley to have a report and put it on the <br /> agenda for 12/5 , <br /> Petitioner : Brynwood -Associates <br /> Submitted by: Richard Ferreira <br /> 'hype of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Locat i on r Rte . 151, vest of Old Barnstable-Falmouth Rd, <br /> Foe : $50 <br /> The plan consisted of 4 lots on 2?.5 acres with a proposed road in an <br /> R-2 district . Mr. Rowley would have a report on 12/5 and Mr .. Ferreira <br /> was put on the agenda, for then. <br /> Derwin Sturgis , Mr. Heinberg, and Mr. Ber linger presented a proposed pre- <br /> preliminary plan o ashpee Pond . They were proposing a road into existing <br /> traveled way and a cul-de-sac ; lots made from existing dwellings . They <br /> also presented a. 2nd proposal plan which was a little different . The <br /> Board Felt the 2nd plan was more legitimate because frontage for all <br /> lots are on the proposed road . Everyone agreed though to go with the <br /> first plan if they eliminate lot 7 and make lots 1-6 bigger and straightened <br /> out . <br /> Mr , Dub'in said their next step would be to have a preliminary plan alone <br /> and have the engineer look at it. They will come back to the 12/5 meeting. <br /> Atty. Kirrane submitted an application for a special permit under Section <br /> 9.35 of the zoning -laws , on behalf of Ir. Hostetter.
