Mr. Marsters asked if the Highway <br /> Superintendent agreed and Mr. Rowley said he has discussed it <br /> and he plans to put In some drainage from orchard St . and it will <br /> alleviate some of the problem <br /> Mr. Ferreira .said he wanted to get a covenant started . Mr. Rowley felt they were some rens onalbe requests <br /> and the Bard does some already and 4,5,6&8 were conservation matters <br /> He said he found no fault in what they're suggesting but he felt <br /> it wasn't necessary in every instance , The requirements may apply <br /> to some plans but not all plans <br /> Mr. Dubin dictated a memo be seat to the Board of Health in <br /> appreciation for their recommendations and that the Board would <br /> e.e p them in mind when reviewing future plans . <br /> Mr. i a.rsters said he would like to meet with the Board of Selectmen <br /> to go over the responsibilities of the new planner and the interaction <br /> between him and the Planning Board. He would also like to respond <br /> to critic-isms that were in the newspaper towards the Planning Board , <br />
