Mr. Collins seconded <br /> it andFall voted in favor of accepting it. The Board kept l copy. <br /> The Beard asked this secretary to look up the bond application for; <br /> Pheasant Run and how long it was good for, They asked Mr. Rowley <br /> to look at Cape Dr. before the next meeting, <br /> The Board read Mr. Rowley Is report on Resorts oats Development ' definitive <br /> plan with Mr. Ferreira. Mr.' Ferreira brought copies of the deed <br /> showing the easements as the Board had requested , He said he would <br /> come to the next meeting with everything done and the Board has until <br /> then to make a decision. <br /> Mr. "erre ira said he will return on 8/15 With more plans for Mr. <br /> Rowley on Sea oaks as he had only given him a section. Mr. Rowley <br /> agreed and felt they should have to do everything like everyone else <br /> has had- to do . <br /> The Board signed the Seabrook Sbores definitive plan as the 20 day <br /> appeal period had lapsed . The Board had approved it on ?/18. He <br /> submitted a covenant and took the cover sheet back of the registered <br /> land so the engineer could put the covenant noteit. Mr. Marsters <br /> took all the plans and said he would bring the required number back. <br /> Mr. Rowley said he looked over his motes regarding sea Mist condos on <br /> Great Neck Rd. and found that he had told the contractor in November <br /> that he wouldn't approve any changes unless they brought in plans <br /> f the changes to the Planning Board. He said therefore the road is <br /> not complete according to the Board's recommendations , They haven't <br /> submitted calculations or anything to haLm. <br /> Mr. Rowley said they still needed to get the bounds in onMid-Iron Via . <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:54 p.m. <br /> T Respectfully submitted <br /> ;r 00 04", <br /> Sandra L.
