Page
Mike McGrath and Atty. 1irrne appeared before the Board regarding
the Seabrook Rd. cluster subdivision plan which was submitted on
6/27 and now they were seeking final approval from this Board on this
particular plan. lar. l arste s abstained from this part of the meeting.
Mr. McGrath said theygot an outline from Mr. Rowley and he wished to
go over i t:
- re addresses and names of abettors - they will add it.
B - re monuments - they added all monuments on the plan and profiles
-E re contours - they had it
- are road profiles - Bay Shore entrance redesigned . They have
gone 51 back from pavement, They have taken highest point - "
or " of bump so water will flow by entrance on Monomoscoy
re the shoulders - Mr. McGrath said they talked it over with
Mr. Marsters and they are requesting a waiver. If it's built
according to plan they would get erosion on steeper parts .
The difference i " of ghat required and what want to do.
Mr. Rowley said he can see Mr.. Hamster's point in relation to
undermining the road surface . But they have to construct it
in compliance with the regulations . He felt it was something
for the Board to -consider changing in the regulations and he
sees no problem with waiving it.
Mr. Ic .th said they hadn't corrected the drainage , He said
he redesigned the calculations for drainage . Since he put the
bumps in be reduced the amount of water going. Now they would
probably have a leaching trench and he has drainage calculations
to submit to Mr. Rowley for 170' leaching trench .
- Mr. McGrath said he didn't do it because it wasn t t on the list.
Mr. Rowley said if they have a drainage ditch it would eliminate
this .
F It just means raising a couple of feet. Mr. Rowley said on
6/lo % so have shallower cut and put below grade to 18" and
move basin to 15.
Mr. McGrath said he would prefer to leave it alone . He was
making an artificial low point to keep drainage flow low. If
it gets over topped it's going to get more water on low end.
He was trying to put it closer together to collect as much water
as possible ,
Mr. Rowley said with 611C% grade they don't know how many basins
