Responses to the lease were received from Handy <br /> and Cenyn & Halle t. <br /> Mrs. Si*morons advised Mr. Handy is interested in reworking some of the bogs. Cermyn <br /> and Hallet want the town to go o on the cost; Bandy would do it on his own with <br /> no expense to the town. Rather than the seven year lease, Mr. Handy would ask for <br /> a ten year lease. It could be built into the proposal, He would like to work with <br /> Trout Unl3M*ted and the Commission. <br /> It was noted this letter is a four page docent that had never gotten into the files <br /> of the Commission; copy on file is only a page and one-half. <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated the letter from Germyn and Hallet is in direct controversy to the <br /> letter originally provided; they should be disqualified. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to choose Handy Cranberry 'Trust to receive the lease <br /> for the Town of Mashpee bogs,, Unanimous vote. <br /> ASH: fir.
