Minutes: recommend reduced level of detail; DUT 'TAn list: <br /> Elliot Rosenberg suggested that a motion be made that we eliminate detailed <br /> notes in minutes on negative determinations. He suggested that on the very <br /> occasional RDA which they would turn down, a positive in other words, we <br /> i will not charge the situation with respect to them,, <br /> With respect to NOIs, Mr. Rosenberg abed for a motion that we leave the <br /> issue of which matters to have full notes to the discretion of Diana and <br /> Bob Sherman. <br /> David Sharpe so moved. Seconded. - All in favor. Both motions are c rtied. <br /> Applicant: Fain Patricia Gildea, Attorney. Resume. She is very interested <br /> in being on the board. She would like t o appear at the next meeting, meet <br /> with the commissioners, and talk to them. <br /> Bob Sherman advised that here was one name open on the board. <br /> Elliot Rosenberg recommended that this matter. be held for next meeting. <br /> . Mashpee River remediation update: Bob Sherman explained that we asked <br /> people to cone back for another, work-session at the river, and we had a <br /> huge crowd. we are going to have to meet once again. We will gait until <br /> August when the river is down, but a have some loose ends to take care of. <br /> It will take. a couple of hours. We have to tie the logs together at the <br /> ends, We have to tie some of the stakes together, and put in a few more <br /> pins for netting. <br /> . Laue update: I will save that for Executive'Session. It will only take a <br /> minutes. <br /> . Dawn areas as. part of the Association enant : Bob Sherman explained that <br /> they still have the problem from the last time, which we have not come to <br /> a decision about, and Bob did not think we could come to a decision tonights <br /> We are still getting the situations where people are asking because of asso- <br /> ciation <br /> so-dation covenants to put in lawns, in New Seabury and in Seabrook Village <br /> Association. <br /> Elliot Rosenberg explained that the Gas Company came in alb. through South <br /> � <br /> Cape Estates and Quail. Hollow; everywhere that they put a gas pipe al'ang the �. <br /> sides of the road, they seeded it. <br /> Bob Sherman: if we let the'm do it, how are we going to deny someone a lawn <br /> on a private property? <br />
