PAGE 4 NEW BUSINESS: , otis A.shumet spill: This past week we had an event at Otis where after the heavy rains of a week ago, some water entered a system failed on the base which entered a containment and drainage system which failed and water went down a channel and into Ash et Pond. There was the smell of fuel oil, but tests did not detect any 'there is not wetlands violation if there is no alteration. No action. The letter was seat to the Selectmen. .
