Mashpee Pond Level: The Agent advised the matter has escalated. Mr. McGonagle has gone to Trudy Co e. The Division of Dam Safety was also contacted. The Agent.belie es that DEP could ask the Commission to disobey the law to do.what they want. Liz Kouleheras told him yes, there would have to be aung and no, no public health or safety issue was involved. Minutes: VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the minutes of May 30, dune 13 & 27, duly 11 and. 25 as written. Unanimous Note. Marina: At 608 Great Neck Road where an RDA was wed with the Commission for acceptance of the resource delineation, a 6-8 slip marina is being proposed. It is hoped to have Dr. Crawfor&s input by then. Land offer: Joseph Breen has offered a 12.64 acre parcel of land near the Quashnet liver, part of the open space, as he,is doing a 29 acre subdivision. There will be another 13 acre parcel donated. It does not abut Conservation land but the Commission.will be managing it. A letter has to be sent to the Selectmen accepting this. Stent erg: The access road has been cordoned off on Conservation land. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to remove the barmier. Unanimous Vote. Raven: Ms Raven has agreed to pay the fine for cutting in the BVW. The Agent stated there is a need to upgrade the fine for cutting in Fresh Water/Naturally Vegetated Buffer Strip; he suggested an increase to $200. ARegulations Hearin to he scheduled for 6:45 p.m. next agenda. Hearing Workshop: A three day workshop has been scheduled for town employees. It was agreed the Asst. Agent-would attend one session and the Admin. Asst. will attend the other two. The Commission was polled at 9:10 p.m. on going into Executive Session to discuss possible litigation.
