Pink <br /> 1 <br /> is the new footprint. The landscape tan will nee <br /> to be addressed. If <br /> moving closer to the resource, they need to have an enhanced area created for <br /> wildlife habitat. <br /> Mr. O'Neill stated they would be happy to change any plant material. All <br /> lawns are to be ripped up to create a sanctuary feeling. They will remove all <br /> the bituminous and there will be no asphalt or lawn. Before the hone was <br /> ]wilt in 1978, fill was brought in and all trees were cut down. They intend to <br /> have very dense vegetation with no lawn at all. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested cutting off the corner of the deck; 8 feet is very close. <br /> Mr. O'Neill stated they would rather rove the staircase to the left, takeaway <br /> the path and vegetate up to the deck. <br /> Mr. Green suggested reducing the size ofthe Bleck. Mr. slavinsky stated it is very <br /> hard to figure out where it is. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they have to go to Board of Appeals? Mr. sla insky <br /> stated no. <br /> Mr. 'Neill stated they will be further away than they are now. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated in an existing situation he feels if the revegetate the whole <br /> area, there is no lawn and the asphalt removed, it will be a plus. He said it <br /> would he wise to continue. The Board of Health commented the lot perced but <br /> no plans on file. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to 20 January 2000 at 8:00 <br /> p.m. at the request of the applicant.
