The house <br /> footprint is the same and it is a land-locked lot. Mr. Sherman did not feel <br /> this required an amended order. <br /> Mr. Green asked how close it is to the wetland? It is only flood zone. Mr. <br /> Sherman recommended accepting the letter as long as the house is in the <br /> same footprint. <br />
