This is now prohibitive. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the court could be asked to lift the Stop work Order at <br /> such time. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated if an agreement is made, you ask the court to allow an <br /> automatic termination upon signing by both parties, Mr. Newman stated the <br /> Commission's attorney is very busy and by the time they petition the court, it <br /> may be September or October. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated Town Counsel could be advised the Commission would <br /> be happy with a contract. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested continuing for two weeks for anything that has to be <br /> finalized and he will try to get a verbal opinion from Town Counsel tomorrow. <br /> Mr. Newman spoke to Atty. Mills. Mr. Kinder is the culprit in this matter. <br /> He installed the lawn without Mr. Newman's knowledge and contrary to his <br /> wishes. Mr. Kinder continues to make application for permits in the town of <br /> 1lashpee. <br /> Mr. Johansen suggested Mr. Newman should get a watering gauge. He did <br /> this and has a mice lawn. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request <br /> of the applicant to 25 May 2000 at 8:45 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:05 PETER GOVO I for proposed -construction of a 3' x 30' dock with <br /> maintenance in perpetuity at 113 Names Circle. The applicant requested <br /> continuance. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request <br /> of the applicant to s dune 2000 at 7:10 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br />
