The river is muddy. Pilings are longer than normal. They are proposing a float with 2.2 feet of water with a ramp section crossing the marsh. The staircase will have landings. Mr. Sherman stated they do not have definite soundings on the outside f the flew. Mr. s nicki stated it would be about 2.2', Mr. Sherman did not feel comfortable interpolating; he would like soundings. Mr. sanicki stated there is a proposal to dredge the river. Mr. Sherman slid not think they were going up that far. Mr. sanicki asked to reference —2 and Mr. Sherman agreed. There are no piles at the toe of the bank. This can be conditioned. Drawings to be revised. Mr. sanicki stated he can move the piles ' off shore. Public comment: none.
