11 May 2000 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue an order of Conditions. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 7:50 JOSEPH BoHNENBERGE , for a proposed stairway, pier, ramp and <br /> float at 103 River Road. Dave sanicki provided abutter notification receipts. <br />' The plan was reviewed. The river is muddy. Pilings are longer than normal. <br /> They are proposing a float with 2.2 feet of water with a ramp section crossing <br /> the marsh. The staircase will have landings. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they do not have definite soundings on the outside f the <br /> flew. Mr. s nicki stated it would be about 2.2', Mr. Sherman did not feel <br /> comfortable interpolating; he would like soundings. Mr. sanicki stated there <br /> is a proposal to dredge the river. Mr. Sherman slid not think they were going <br /> up that far. Mr. sanicki asked to reference —2 and Mr. Sherman agreed. <br /> There are no piles at the toe of the bank. This can be conditioned. Drawings <br /> to be revised. It is so noted on the plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the upper portion is still going 4-5' over salt marsh <br /> habitat. He requested light penetration. It was agreed the first bay can be <br /> grated and will be so conditioned. <br />
