Cistoldl for construction of <br /> path/walkway to access Section 10A float at 89 Tide Run, Assessors Map 120, Block <br /> 1 . <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the I ashpee <br /> Cons rvation Com ission between the ho urs of 8:3 o and 3 3 o, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the.Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
