The Chairman recognized Brian Casey, representing Applicant, who rade reference to the Plan indicating the undisturbed areas, and that which is to be removed. ms . Boretos determined the site is located within the 100 year flood plain. on behalf of the Conservation Agent, the Assistant Agent recommended approval . There being no further Commission or public comment, the Chairman entertained a motion. M TI Carole Moore made a Motion to Close; which Motion was seconded by Michael. Talbot and so voted unanimously. oo Cosmos Chrisis, 146 Captains Row, continued from November 29, 2001. The- Chairman recognized Barbara Frrappier, Wm. M. Warwick Associates, Inc. , representing Applicant, who provided a revised plan indicating those changes' as suggested by the Commission at the previous Dearing, and also based upon recommendations made by the Conservation Agent and the Shellfish warden. open grading at the first vent of the pier is now being proposed, maintenance of the existing float, and additional pilings/brackets to ]peep the float from the bottom. The Assistant Agent reported on behalf of the Conservation Agent who is recommending approval. (upon receipt of revised plans) .
