Fitzsimmons <br /> chairman <br /> 5 <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 830 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, VAll be published a <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
