Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairnm <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hogs o 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the pbo hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> lest five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Ton Hall not less than forty-eight hogs in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
