Town Mashpe 0 <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02$49 <br /> '�► L6 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 17 ., Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, a public hearing will be held at the <br /> Mashpee Town Ball in Conference Room 3, Lower Level, on February 6, 2003 at 7:40 <br /> p.m.- on the application of Colin'McHugh to construct a single family dwelling, septic, <br /> driveway utilities,, and dry well, at 87 Edgewater lid, Assessors Map 23 Block 120. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five clays in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department tment of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Oce for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
