<br />			Agent has  from time to time gone down into the neighborhood to look at this prob-
<br />			lem and has received coz-nplaint s from neighbors,  abutters to this particular pro-
<br />			perty about the  fact that the effluent has been flowing over on the   ground and
<br />			causing odor from time to time over the past year and a half,  so the purpose of
<br />			summonsing in neigkWrs was-' to educe any evidence as to whether or not neigh-
<br />			bors have detected any odor,  seen any mal"function of this  septic  system over
<br />			the past year and a half*
