<br /> 			variance. for  anup-date  on  the  septic      stem  November- 4 ,,   1985 ,
<br /> 			Atty.  Dorris  Kirsner  appeared  before    the  Boar-d  with  regards  to
<br /> 			the  above.
<br />   			FB:   "Last  week  we  had  a  plan . submitted  by  Mr.,  Kirsner  showing  a
<br /> 			Lot  #12  that  ran  in  back  of. ,
<br /> 			CHL :   "OK,  now  I 'm  starting  to  remember,ber,  what  was  the  problem?
<br />   			FB :   "In  relation  to  lot  #14  construction,  and  a  lot  #14  revision
<br />   			f  work.
<br /> 			LCA:   "An  up-date. "
<br /> 			CFB:   "An  up-date. "
<br /> 			CHL:   "An  update,   from  a  cesspool  to  a  septic?"
<br />   			FB:   "And . we  have  a  letter  from  Mr,  Kirsner  of  February  18th,  in
<br /> 			which  he  calls  our  attention  to  the  100 '   distance  between  well  and
<br /> 			septic  system  and  the  distance  of  the  cesspool  relocation  to  the
<br /> 			boundary  line  of  Lot    1   , . which  would  appear  that  Mr .  Kirsner  has
<br /> 			ownership  of
<br /> 			Mr.  Kirsner:   "For  some  years! "

<br /> 			CHL:   "OK,  now  that  we  know  that  everybody  got  it  in,  what ' s  the
<br /> 			problem?"   "I 'm  looking  at  a  plan,   I  don 't  know  what  we 're  doing
<br /> 			here.  But,  what  was  the  initial  problem  that  Mr.  Kirs  .er ' s  coming
<br /> 			in  to  see  us  about?
<br /> 			LCA;   "You  gentlemen  gage  a  variance  and  it  was  less  than  1001 . "
<br />   			FB:     "Which  was  less  than. . . (interrupt,  Mr.  Kirsner)
<br /> 			Mr,  Klr  ner:   "'Do  you  want  me  to  address this,,  or?"
<br /> 			CHL:   "Yeh,  why  don't  you  bring  it  up  Morris  so  I ' ll  know  what'
<br /> 			going  on  here. "
<br /> 			Mr.  Kirsner:   "The  var.ian  e  you  gage,  before  going  into  whether,  or
<br /> 			not,  the  Board  of  Health  had  a  right  to  give  it,  actually  brought
<br /> 			the  septic  tank  to  a  position  approximately  twenty	)   feet  closer
<br /> 			to  ray  well  and -definitely  within-  100 '   from  well  to  septic  tank,  and
<br /> i 			it  was  my  feeling,   first  of  all,  that  before  any  particular  board,
<br /> 			whether  it  be  any  board  that  Vm.  in  charge  of,  or  anybody  else  is
<br /> 			in  charge  of,   to  grant  these  type  of  variances  that  they  first
<br /> 			should  have  In  hand  some  fora  of  schematic  design  as  to  where  other
<br /> 			wells  are -located,  to  make  sure  that  they're  not  only  a000modating
<br /> 			the  individual  applicant  but,  that  they  are  not  in  effect  operating
<br /> 			in  a  detrimental  fashion  to  adjacent  property  owners  and_. . .that' s
<br /> 			number  one,  and,  I  was  never.  notified,  others- n)i  ,the  area -whose
