That's not part of our responsibility, we can't enter into contracts such as that. We can't go to Highwood and say we want a contract with you to sell water to &xmen000d or any other place, we do not have that right. In all probability you will be dealing with the water conmissioners, I think I'm not sure but I would th i of it would be the water commissioners. We don't have the money, we've got to go to the Selectffen and say this is what ,you're going to do and you're going to pay for it." Female: "Once the hazard is found to be there, and the BOH has condemned a building, or a hum, or whatever situation may be, hazardous situation, does the BOH recoffmnd a solution -to that prob- 1 erg, and until that pr ob 1 ern is solved, when and i f, does the conde at i on ban lift?" O FB: "What we have condemned is the well, we have not condemred the building. (Date: This lady arrived late and missed Mr. B's opening remarks, he is pryeserrtly explaining this to her). O'Donnell said that his meetings at DBE they had said they were considering homing buildings, numbered, 8, 14, 16 and 21 into existing good wells. fx: . Buckingham explained that after having met with Weston & Epson this had been discussed and over-ru 1 ed as a possibility. O'Donnell asked once again 'WHO' the responsible parties would be for future reference in solving , the situation. Mr. Buckingham said that after Thursday afternoon's meet i rig, he would know mare. There is much discussion by Mr. O'Donnell regarding the letter that was planed in the doors at Su mrw:)od and confusion it caused.# O'Donnell a 1 s thought the'BOH shiould have been pre- sent at the DEE meeting. The final recorrrnend tion will be the installation of a filter for a short time solution. Mr. Buckingham comnted that the basis of the rcaendatin is the result of a conversation by and between Mr. Jones and MeSsrs. Fagan and Wu l d at DE E. The decision to go with either Highwood ar, the T-4 well will be up to the later Commissioners and the Baan of Selman according to Mrs. Thomas.
