Letter, faro K- V Associates re: .,Masham ,Riverrun-,off - <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed Mr. Beaulieu has stated the sample from <br /> the laundroat was taken from a small paved ditch to the <br /> right of the cottage across the parking lot from the <br /> l aundro at. Mr o McQuaid informed the Board Mr, Evans did in- <br /> spect <br /> nspect the sampling ,location and indicated the sample was <br /> drawn at a blocked road drain, <br /> Mr. Greelish commented he did review the draft report <br /> submitted, in his opinion, no scientific method was used in <br /> the study. Mr, Greelish stated he will forward his comments <br /> in writing to the Planning Board. <br /> PPI TM Ken Bova Asher's Heights, formerly Dolphin <br /> Bay) <br /> Mr, Ken Bova and Mr. James Smith were in attendance for <br /> this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board a meeting was held at the <br /> D.P.W. regarding Asher's Heights. Representatives indicated <br /> they were prepared to present the town with a check in the <br /> amount .of $40,000,00 to reconstruct the intersection t <br /> Asher's Path and Route 28, Mr, Bova and Mr, Smith are <br /> present this evening to receive this Board's approval to be- <br /> gin road layout from Asher's Path to the proposed access <br /> route. The B.P.W. denied any work performance on the inter- <br /> section due to potential traffic problems this may create. <br /> They are requesting road access to the property for marketing <br /> purposes and intr str cture work within the development. <br /> Mr, Greelish questioned .P. . 's reasoning behind the <br /> denial. <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded traffic problems and the location <br /> of, three domes along Ashen"s Path- are their main concern, <br /> Mr. smith informed Board members the B.P.W, did agree to <br /> construct the access road. We requested approval for our <br /> work crews to begin the initial rough cut. <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained questions were raised as t <br /> whether the developers would agree to extend the existing <br /> driveways along Asher's Path to the new location or whether <br /> the road would be blocked off <br /> Mr, smith stated in speaking with Pyr. virgilis it was <br /> decided that the town would retain the land as it may have <br /> potential use in the future.
