MINUTES November 29 , 1990 BOARD of HEALTH Ir. Greelish relayed, in his opinion, because it is Suri dictional problem and we were asking them, in the course of formulating what they were going to do in terms of. Juris- diction. -and how they were going to put their program to- gether, that in fact we would be jeopardizing their position in court with any discussion. Ir. Burden commented he did not thinly it ever prevents anybody from going and talking about a resolution to the problem as long as you do not deal with the merits of the case. Nor. Greelish stated what we requested them to do has direct, easing on the case. Mr. Costa stated he -will attend the meeting with the commission. Poipponesset Cottages Mr. Grotske informed the Board he has revised all the septic systems. All cottages now meet State and local re- quirements. To ensure that nothing was overlooked plans were reviewed by an independent engineer, Levy, Eldridge and Wagner) , Brea} -out walls were deleted on lots 1372 & 1373 , Mr, Grotske informed the Hoard he has combined lots 1377 & 1378 and proposes to construct one six bedroom dwelling on the combined lot. Ir. McQuaid reminded the Board previous approval was to enlarge the existing cottages, the existing number of bed- rooms was to remain .the same. Mr. McQuaid uai questioned t o number of bedrooms that cur- rently exist in the cottages. Mr. Costa responded there are four bedrooms in each cot- tage complex. At this time Mr. Grotske presented a written summary of changes to the cottages and revised plans to the Board. . (The summary is attached to the end of these minutes, ) Mr, Costag uestioned the height of the proposed dwelling on the combined lot, Mr, Grotske explained that New Seabury does have an Ar- chitectural Review Board and commented their intentions are to create a harmonious result.
