Burden commented he did not thinly it ever prevents <br /> anybody from going and talking about a resolution to the <br /> problem as long as you do not deal with the merits of the <br /> case. <br /> Nor. Greelish stated what we requested them to do has <br /> direct, easing on the case. <br /> Mr. Costa stated he -will attend the meeting with the <br /> commission. <br /> Poipponesset Cottages <br /> Mr. Grotske informed the Board he has revised all the <br /> septic systems. All cottages now meet State and local re- <br /> quirements. To ensure that nothing was overlooked plans were <br /> reviewed by an independent engineer, Levy, Eldridge and <br /> Wagner) , Brea} -out walls were deleted on lots 1372 & 1373 , <br /> Mr, Grotske informed the Hoard he has combined lots 1377 & <br /> 1378 and proposes to construct one six bedroom dwelling on <br /> the combined lot. <br /> Ir. McQuaid reminded the Board previous approval was to <br /> enlarge the existing cottages, the existing number of bed- <br /> rooms was to remain .the same. <br /> Mr. McQuaid uai questioned t o number of bedrooms that cur- <br /> rently exist in the cottages. <br /> Mr. Costa responded there are four bedrooms in each cot- <br /> tage complex. <br /> At this time Mr. Grotske presented a written summary of <br /> changes to the cottages and revised plans to the Board. . (The <br /> summary is attached to the end of these minutes, ) <br /> Mr, Costag uestioned the height of the proposed dwelling <br /> on the combined lot, <br /> Mr, Grotske explained that New Seabury does have an Ar- <br /> chitectural Review Board and commented their intentions are <br /> to create a harmonious result. <br />
