Request from Gary Lopez to use bond for final payment - Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to Mr. Lopez informing hien payment 'n full will be required prior to release of the bond. If payment is not received within a time e frame determined by the Agent, this Board will revolve the entire amount of the bond.
