MINUTES October 1 , 1989 7 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> ri <br /> Request for upgrade to- Title V - 339 Tracy Lane <br /> {fir, McQuaid informed the Board the owner is proposing an addition, the <br /> existing well is 102' from -the proposed leaching - facility. Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated he did verify that lot 38 is vacant, lot 40 septic system is to the <br /> rear of the let and has in excess of 10 ' separation.
