1
IIT. Warden asked if a metal detector would locate this well.
Mr. Ball replied that a metal detector wouldn't pick it up,
Mrs. Hendricks as if the board was talking about their land and it had
nothing to do with hers,
Mr, Ball confirmed that they were not discussing her well at all.
Mr. Sullivan asked who put the well in and would they have any record of
it.
Mr, Ball asked who put the well on the property.
Mr. Harrington replied that back then there wouldn't be any records
available.
Mrs. Hendricks stated that back them it would have been Dennis Scannell
or Joe DiMaggio, They were the only two that were doing them.
Mr. Ball suggested that they continue this issue until they locate the well
and obtain something in writing from the installer as to the correct
measurement.
Mr. Harrington stated that his contention was that he agreed with Ills.
Warden's observation. This is a six-foot diameter pit and they put a 251
7 ' trench in. It is going to have to encroach because it is obviously
bigger than a sic-foot diameter pit.
Mr. Ball recommended that someone put that into writing.
Mrs. Hendricks asked if the BOH had records of plot plans as to who dug
the wells.
Mr, Harrington replied that they did have records,, But, as far as the
locations...
Mrs, Hendricks stated that at least they could go back to the source who
might help there locate the welly
Ms. Warden stated that that was asking a lot of the well driller.
Mr. Harrington agreed with Ms. Warden and re-iterated that they didn't do
as builts for wells, which is a shame, But, they just didn"t do it. Dennis
