He felt that this <br /> ,gentleman's negligence was not intentional, He believed it was through <br /> his own sickness. <br /> Ms, Grady knew this woman personally and felt that she was stressed to <br /> the max. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that this woman understood the board's <br /> position, she understood that this was enforcement and wasn't meant to <br /> be punitive towards her. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that he could understand the woman's position In this <br /> matter, But, the inside of the house should be one thing and the outside <br /> another. Noir they had trash outside and they had a responsibility to Keep <br /> the rodents down for the neighbors. He could sympathize and appreciate <br />
