The town wanted the upgrade because they wanted the <br /> cleaner effluent to eater the ground. <br /> Mr. Sall stated that they just had to add to their old system. <br /> Mr. Santos recommended that they get hold of an engineer. Mr. <br /> Harrington and Ms. Warden would be more than grilling to help out. But, <br /> they would need an engineer to look out for their best interests and <br /> design the system.
