The motion was <br /> adopted <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: ed b the <br /> Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepay <br /> fee <br /> accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. <br /> Mrs. Botsford resented the Warrants for signature. They are for the months of May <br /> Accounts Payabl p <br /> and June 2010 and total as follows: For May: $25,905-43 for 4001, $5,,359.00 for Section 8, $21,062.00 <br /> for Asher's Path rtments and for June: $26,502.27 for o 1, $5,591.00 for <br /> for IR11P, and $56,817.03 � <br /> Section B, $21,230.00 for I RVP, and $36,553.72 for Asher`s Path Apartments. <br /> elan uencles: Mrs. Botsford reported that we have all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres, Hor eyer <br /> Rent � �= er Villa or Breezy Are 1e have <br /> Village and Asher's Path. we currently have no vacancies at Ho <br /> one just unit vacated at Asher's Path due to the eviction and she is in the process of interviewing <br /> applicants. <br /> motion was made by Mr. Harsch and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the treasurer's <br /> report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE iRE T R' REPORT/Executive s. <br /> hector s Annual a ort to the Board <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her report to the board for the months of May and June, as well <br /> asher annual report to the Board. Mrs. Botsford added the following as an addendum to her report: <br /> The newP en Meeting Lave has gone into effect. A copy of a correspondence from the Torn <br /> Clerk was provided to all members. <br /> rs. Botsford was requested by Habitat for Humanity to conduct the lottery for the three new <br /> � l g <br /> houses they are going to build in Mashpe , which she did on June 15. <br /> • he and Torn Joy <br /> are working on the second quarterly reports due into MHIC by the end of the <br /> month. Mrs. Botsford stated that the housing authority needs to come to ars agreement on a fee <br /> for his services for <br /> this new work. Mr. Joy has requested o.00 per month. The board asked if <br /> it was 250 per month for every month or just for when the quarterly reports are done. Mrs. <br /> Botsford will get clarification. <br /> A motion was <br /> made by Mr. Harsch and seconded by Mr. Laporte to approve a contract for Mr. <br /> Joy to include accountingservices relating to Asher"s Path. The motion was adopted. <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that the new budget guidelines have not yet come out, but we can expect to <br /> be level <br /> funded this year. when budget guidelines come out, she will work with Torn on that <br /> and thea <br /> will need to be a board meeting to approve. With the income we receive for managing <br /> Asher"s Path, Mrs. Botsford requested that the board consider a raise of sfor Vincent Gault, <br /> Maintenance Superintendent. <br /> s made b Mr. Laporte and seconded by r. shad ett to approve a pay increase <br /> motion � <br /> for Mr. Gault in the amount of o to be taken from the proceeds of the Asher"s Path <br /> management fee p <br /> earned incorporated into the new budget for this fiscal year,and paid <br /> retroactively to July I once the budget is done and approved by the board. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> Mrs. Botsford thanked the board, as did Mr. Gault. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Breezv Acres Exans <br /> ion u date: Mrs. Botsford gave the board a brief update on the project, and provided <br /> each member with a o of the Comprehensive Permit Application that was submitted to the town. Mrs. <br /> � copy <br /> Botsford informed the <br /> board that the hearing for the Comprehensive Permit o has been rescheduled <br /> -2 - <br />
