SF RECARY'S REP ORT+ Minutes for the regular meeting held on May o, 010 were presented. motion was made b Nis. Allen and seconded by Mr, Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was adopted TREASURER'S REPORT: ed b the Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepay fee accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. Mrs. Botsford resented the Warrants for signature. They are for the months of May Accounts Payabl p and June 2010 and total as follows: For May: $25,905-43 for 4001, $5,,359.00 for Section 8, $21,062.00 for Asher's Path rtments and for June: $26,502.27 for o 1, $5,591.00 for for IR11P, and $56,817.03 � Section B, $21,230.00 for I RVP, and $36,553.72 for Asher`s Path Apartments. elan uencles: Mrs. Botsford reported that we have all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres, Hor eyer Rent � �= er Villa or Breezy Are 1e have Village and Asher's Path. we currently have no vacancies at Ho one just unit vacated at Asher's Path due to the eviction and she is in the process of interviewing applicants. motion was made by Mr. Harsch and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the treasurer's report as presented. The motion was adopted. EXECUTIVE iRE T R' REPORT/Executive s. hector s Annual a ort to the Board Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her report to the board for the months of May and June, as well asher annual report to the Board. Mrs. Botsford added the following as an addendum to her report: The newP en Meeting Lave has gone into effect. A copy of a correspondence from the Torn Clerk was provided to all members. rs. Botsford was requested by Habitat for Humanity to conduct the lottery for the three new � l g houses they are going to build in Mashpe , which she did on June 15. • he and Torn Joy are working on the second quarterly reports due into MHIC by the end of the month. Mrs. Botsford stated that the housing authority needs to come to ars agreement on a fee for his services for this new work. Mr. Joy has requested o.00 per month. The board asked if it was 250 per month for every month or just for when the quarterly reports are done. Mrs. Botsford will get clarification. A motion was made by Mr. Harsch and seconded by Mr. Laporte to approve a contract for Mr. Joy to include accountingservices relating to Asher"s Path. The motion was adopted. Mrs. Botsford stated that the new budget guidelines have not yet come out, but we can expect to be level funded this year. when budget guidelines come out, she will work with Torn on that and thea will need to be a board meeting to approve. With the income we receive for managing Asher"s Path, Mrs. Botsford requested that the board consider a raise of sfor Vincent Gault, Maintenance Superintendent. s made b Mr. Laporte and seconded by r. shad ett to approve a pay increase motion � for Mr. Gault in the amount of o to be taken from the proceeds of the Asher"s Path management fee p earned incorporated into the new budget for this fiscal year,and paid retroactively to July I once the budget is done and approved by the board. The motion was adopted. Mrs. Botsford thanked the board, as did Mr. Gault. OLD BUSINESS: Breezv Acres Exans ion u date: Mrs. Botsford gave the board a brief update on the project, and provided each member with a o of the Comprehensive Permit Application that was submitted to the town.
