Whitlow suggested that we submit our 125th Anniversary Book. Joanne suggested that the members give the question some further thought. C. Ellis Rug: The Ellis Rug is pare sentl r .di splayed in the Archives Building. Joanne indicated that she did not know what had transpired. The last deposition, as she knew, the historical commission was contesting; the idea was that the rug was in the possession of the town for six months, and six months with the l l i s ' s. It was the responsibility of the town to transport the rug back to them, etc. Joanne had just had word from Mr. Whritenour that they hal the rug. Joanne did not Know what the legal ramifications of that would be, or how long ,it will remain in the historical commission' s possession. VI OTHER: A. Budget 19 Joanne reported that some of the items they had discussed looking into were the following: Makin sure the Xerox machine was in better working order, or purchasing a new one. Computer Display Cabinet Relative to the Xerox, Ann Whitlow explained that she was. waiting for a response from Xerox. Hopefully ,by .the next mee ting, ' she will have 'sone information* The computer:• Paul. Keefe was researching this, and feels that he will be able -to get a computer for the Archives, and they should be able to get on Line with the town, and also will be able to connect with the State Archives.
