Chairperson, Lee Gurney <br /> presided. <br /> Commissioners Present: Rosemary Burns, Lee Gurney, and Frank Lord. <br /> Commissioners Absent: Sunny Merritt, Gordon Peters, Paula Peters, and Gail Slattery. <br /> Nosema moved that we t the Minutes f the June t" meeting with one <br /> Rosemary � <br /> correction, and her motion was approved. <br /> The date closing dame was June 30th for purchases under the budget for 2007. We have <br /> only one outstanding bill for office supplies remaining from Staples. <br /> Member ber Proje ts: <br /> Lee Gurney continues to work on Administration p lioias� and procedures. She will <br /> contact Paula Peters to see if she intends to continue as a Commissioner t the <br /> Mashpee Historical Commission. <br /> i <br /> The Community Preservation Committee approved the funds for the archeological <br /> survey which will have to be approved at the October 2007 Torn Meeting. We will <br /> check to see if under the Community Preservation Act ,they would cover the cost of <br /> preparing pamphlets on historical points f interest in M shp . <br /> � gpm p <br /> Gail Slattern is continuing to work n her exhibit of vacationing in Mashpee -- then and <br /> now -- to be placed on display at the Il ashpee Post Office. <br />
