Mrs. Botsford also reported that Mashpee Housing Authority hosted a Pat Grace regal seminar on Tenant Selection rules & regulations. Mrs. Botsford stated that she attended another legal seminar on eviction rues and regulations as well as legislative day at the State House. Mrs, Botsford reported that she had met twice with Laura Bhufelt, Consultant for the T.A.P. w were awarded, and Mrs. Botsford is in the process of preparing a presentation for the Board of Belectrnen in which we will detail the development vire hope to do on the land we are requesting from the Town. Mrs, Botsford reported that we have 3 AHVP vouchers, 22 MRVP Mobile, 29 Project Based Vouchers, 13 Section 8 cer ficates, 8 mon 8 touchers and 2 Housing Choice Voucher leased In I a hpee. The notion carried,, OTHER BUSINESS: lone COMM l ATOS oRR SPONDENC : #yrs, Botsford reported that she had received a correspondence from DHCD dated January 27, 2066 which she made copies of for the Board t peruse, The correspondence announced a one-tine budget exemption amounting W $100 per unit, or $3,000 for I lashpee Housing Authority, tDwards certain maintenance needs which include repaving needs, landscaping, common area painting and/or carpeting and improvements ents to community spaces. She explained that the exemption will be granted for HA budgets covering April 2 —June 30, 2000, Mrs. Botsford reported that she had also received notification from NAHRO announcing the Spring Conference at the Bea Crest in May.
