f <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that there were several false fire-alarms recently due to <br /> problem with the fire pull-switches located outside. They have been inspected and it <br /> has been determined that they are not weather-safe. It is recommended by the fire <br /> department that they be replaced with weather-resistant ones. Mrs. Botsford reported <br /> that she has received three estimates for this cost and will need to contacting the <br /> lowest bidder to do the installations. <br /> B[g= Acres o : Mrs. Botsford reported that she has met with an attorney who has <br /> agreed to pursue the eviction of two residents, one is due to chronic late payment of <br /> rent. The other is for cause relating to a violent, criminal activity, as well as late <br /> payments of rent. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that annual recertification s have been railed to residents and <br /> are due in the office net week. <br /> Misc.: Mrs. Botsford reported that she attended the meeting for the SHADO (Small <br /> Housing Authority Directors organization), CCNSC (Cape cod Neighborhood support <br /> Coalition), the council on Aging A , and the Chamber of Commerce. The Mashpee <br /> Human services council MHsc , the UCDVC (Upper cape Domestic violence coalition), <br /> and CHo (Cape Housing Officials Organization) did not meet in December. she could <br /> not go to the SMBI (Southern Massachusetts Executive Directors Association) meeting <br /> due to a death in our family. The Affordable Housing Committee meeting had to be <br /> cancelled due to lack of a quorum. They are trying to reschedule it for net week. she <br /> finished up my citizens Legislative Seminar in December. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that we have 2 AHVP vouchers, 25 MRVP Mobile, 38 Project <br /> Based vouchers, and 33 Housing choke vouchers leased in Mashpee. <br /> Mrs; Botsford requested permission from the board to forward her monthly Executive <br /> Director report to therm before the meeting for their review before the meeting, saving <br /> time by not reading it aloud each month. Discussion could take place on any questions <br /> or concerns, and the written report would be attached to the minutes. Permission to do <br /> this was granted. <br /> OLD BUSINESS. <br /> Affordable Housing Committee: Mrs. Botsford stated that the committee could not <br /> meet officially due to lack of a quorum. The committee will try to have a special <br /> meeting next week. <br /> Asher's Path FFP: Mrs. Botsford statedp er the att me "s recommendation, she <br /> forwarded a letter to the selectmen to clarify our plans for the development of the <br /> Asher"s Path Property. Mrs. Botsford provided all members of the board aw copy of her <br /> letter. They have requested to review the FFP before vire issue it, A copy has been <br /> forwarded to there and they should be discussing it at their meeting meet Monday, <br /> January 14.
