1 <br /> • We have not yet received the FY2004 budget guidelines from DHCD. <br /> • Florence Roberts has filed for unemployment and I have been working with a <br /> representative from Dept. of Employment and Training regarding her claim. <br /> I have arranged for a Senior Aide through the Elder Services of Cape Cod &the Islands. <br /> I interviewed Alice Eld and found her to be a good match for what we need. She will b <br /> working 14 hours per week (Elder Services pays her) and, depending on the budget <br /> guidelines, we hope to be able to hire her if she works out well in our office. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We hero 1 AHVP voucher. <br /> MVP vouchers (Mobile): Currently we have 20 voucher holders in f a tepee. <br /> MRVP Project Based Vouchers: we currently have 36 PB Vouchers leased. <br /> Section : we currently have 32 Hoeing Choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. <br /> Attamign B: <br /> Executive Diredves Report <br /> For the month-of August 2003 <br /> Program update: <br /> Fpr 11ilaee 100° occupancy and all rents paid in full. This past month we had <br /> Bingo,, as usual. <br /> BEgM&reSL705: We have one unit vacant now. This is the tenant that we started eviction <br /> against. She and her family moved out at some point---no notice and no rent for July or <br /> August. The unit has been cleaned and painted. The carpeting has been cleaned but is still in <br /> bad shape and should be replaced. All other rents are paid in full. <br /> eetines attended: <br /> This month I attended the following meetings: the SMEDA (Southeastern Mass. Executive <br /> Director's Association) board meeting and regular meeting; SHAD (Small Housing Authority <br /> Directors Organization); Cape Cod Commission HOME Advisory Board; and I have met with <br /> Alice Lopez of the Wampanoag Tribal Council to talk about her new housing program and share <br /> ideas. I also had a meeting with TCB regarding the Asher's Path project. <br /> MISC: <br /> • DHD has issued amendments to regulations for Edibility and Selection Criteria <br /> (760CMR .g and Occupancy Stands and Tenant Participation for State-Aided Housing <br /> (760CMR 6.00). These changes will require board vote to adopt. A copy of the notice <br /> and changes are enclosed. <br /> • I have been busy getting notices out to all 667 Homeyer Village) and 705 (Breezy <br /> Acres) tenants to inform thea of these changes and advising them of their new rent <br /> amounts starting October 1. <br /> • A have received a copy of the full application that we submitted with TCB to HIED for the <br /> 202 funding for the Ashers Path project. It is in my office if anyone would like to look <br /> at it. <br /> Budget Guidelines have not yet been released, but word is that they should be corning <br /> out within the next few weeks. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We have 1 AHVP vouchers, <br /> RVP Vouchers(Mobile): Currently we have IS voucher holders in Mashpee. <br /> VP Project Based Vouchers: we currently have 36 PB Vouchers leased. <br /> Section .
