A quorurn was declared with the <br /> following members present: Richard Halpern, Francis Laporte, dill Allen, and Charlotte Garron. Also in <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. David Harsch was excused. <br /> Vere was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on December 6, 2007 were presented. A motion was made by <br /> Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ms. Alien to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S URER' REPORT: S <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Nis. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the.bank account F <br /> report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the <br /> sixth month of the fiscal year. She reviewed the budget to actual and provided an explanation for <br /> variances. <br /> Accounts Payables: Ms. Botsford presented the warrants for the 4001 account, M VP account, and <br /> Section 8 account were presented to the board for review and signatures. Accounts payables were: <br /> $34,583.67 for 4001, $4,006.00 f6 r'Section ', end.$26,551.00 for M RVP.# ,Mrs. Botsford pointed out that <br /> the 4001 payables were higher than usual because the bill for the 705 septic system is being paid. <br /> 5 <br /> Rent Deiin uencies: Nis. Botsford stated that all rents have been paid in full at Honneyer Village. one <br /> resident at Breezy Acres has not paid rent in full, but said she would get it in by tomorrow. lis. Botsford <br /> has a meeting with her nett week, to discuss her rent being late the past couple months. one resident <br /> just moved out of Breezy Acres, but and we now have only one vacant units at Horne er. Ms. Botsford is <br /> in the process of selecting a tenant for both units. The Breezy Acres unit is in need of complete <br /> renovation. The tenant had lived there for about 12 years. The flooring all reeds to be replaced and the <br /> whole unit needs to be painted. The stove is damaged and reeds to be replaced, as well. Ms. Botsford <br /> stated that she will keep the board posted on the progress. A notion was made by Mr, Laporte and <br /> seconded by Ms. Allen to accept the trea urger"s report as presented. The notion was <br /> adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DI REcTOW REPORT: <br /> Ms. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the months of December and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> vo or . <br /> Ms. Botsford provided an additional brief-written report, which was discussed-. The report;r was.as�follows: <br /> I received notice that I passed the Spectrum LIHTc exam, so I am now a Certified credit <br /> Compliance Professional. <br /> • Things are going much better with Mashpee Village. we have 36 of our 38 units rented and <br /> expect the remaining two to be rented within the next month. <br />
