One resident moved in, so we <br /> have only one unit vacant which I am in the prods of filling. I will keep you posted. The tenant that <br /> owed us retroactive rent, due to failure to report all income, has paid in full. As usual, the monthly <br /> newsletter was sent out to all residents. <br /> Bre gy Acres ; We had all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres. The one vacant unit has been totally <br /> rehabbed. The tenant that had accepted this unit and was ready to move in changed her iniad at the last <br /> minute, so I now have to start the process of selecting another tenant. <br /> Ashee§ Path: I forwarded to you the correspondence with Mr. Fish and Peabody Properties. I've had <br /> some more training and I've increased my hours at the site to 24 per week. I am now back to work full <br /> time—40 hours per week—between the Asher's Path site, and the llashpee Housing Authority rain <br /> office site. The one vacancy at Asher's Path has been filled. I don't currently have an update regarding <br /> the eviction that has been started against one tenant. Nay monthly newsletter went out to all residents <br /> and I have a coffee hour once a month to give the tenants an informal opportunity to discuss <br /> issues/concerns with me. <br /> i sc.i <br /> • The monthly M VP AHVP Di H reports were submitted. <br /> • The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> • I attended the following meetings: Si1EDA meeting and the SHADO meeting <br /> • I applied for, and received, permission to replace the four remaining boilers at the 705/Breezy <br /> Acres site.
