These regulations were amended in-Oct of 2006, and it was <br /> at that time that turning counter-clockwise,while w terskling in Mashpee wak by was no longer <br /> required. Members wondered who recommended the changes and why this was changed. George <br /> g <br /> Bingham commented ori the rules only having 2 sentences addressing pollution of the waterways, while <br /> abandonment had a full paragraph. mike Richardson had suggested asking Perry Effxs if he had any <br /> information on the amended changes at the November meeting. No Mier in.forrnation was received. <br /> C ncl.usi ns: Many questions remain after viewing Chapter 170. . <br /> (Ag 'ena i �] Lake evl <br /> Discussion: The lake level was at 5 5.6Ft. above sea level on both the Jan. 18' <br /> and 15"'with 9.5 and 10 <br /> inches of water flowing over the boards. Sand continues to build up in the dam area and will need to be <br /> cleaned out in the spring. Boards have not been changed since June of 2005. Bill Marsters ters vias concerned <br /> that the boards in the cage may he higher than the ones nearest the outlet that has the gauge. He brought a <br /> picture of his shoreline showing the high water. <br /> Conclusions: The water remains at 55.6 ft. above sea level, higher than the recommended 55.5 ft. <br />
