<br /> 			Mr. Blaisdell went down the list through the requirements of the bylaw with the applicant.
<br /> 			Associate, Sharon Sangeleer read the Board of Health, Conservation, and Inspection
<br /> 			Department comments into the record. She also read the DPW comments into the record
<br /> 			that there is plenty of parking, and a curb cut permit is required.
<br /> 			There were no more comments from the Board.
<br /> 			Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve the Special Permit for the accessory apartment
<br /> 			under the following conditions under Section 174-45.4, specifically Item I, of the Town of
<br /> 			Mashpee Zoning Bylaws and a Proposed Septic System Upgrade Plan— 141 James Circle,
<br /> 			Mashpee, MA. Prepared for: Capewide Enterprises, 153 Commercial St. Mashpee, MA.
