(Owner of Record:VCMAR Mashpee LLC). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 16, 2016 and December 23, <br /> 2016 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, <br /> Board Members, Dorn DeBarros, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman J. <br /> Gould. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Attorney Mark Gildea represented the applicants Joseph Vittorini, and his son, <br /> seeking a finding of a Special Permit for a tattoo studio at the commercial complex next to <br /> the Dino's building. Attorney Gildea said that the Mr. Vittorini has operated a tattoo studio <br /> on Nantucket for nearly 8 years. He said he has been working with the Town and the Board <br /> of Health for their business application for about six months. The applicants are fully <br /> licensed as practitioners as required for the establishment, and will be a licensed <br /> establishment by the Board of Health pending final inspection. The Town has issued and <br /> approved a business certificate,License Number: 2016-164,which was signed by the Town <br /> Departments. <br /> 1 <br />
