Board of Appeals Minutes - December 9 , 1992 6 . <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant a Special Permit for 309 Hoophole <br /> Road (Map 41 , Block 61 ) as shown on plans of Norman Grossman <br /> Plan No . H-274 to show that the lot is a non-conforming lot <br /> with 75 ' frontage and lot size of 11 , 250 square feet. Mr. <br /> Friel seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant a Special Permit for 311 Hoophole <br /> Road (Map 41 , Block 60 ) as shown on plans of Norman Grossman <br /> Plan No. H-273 to show that the lot is a non-conforming lot <br /> with 75 ' frontage and lot size of 11 , 250 square feet . Mr. <br /> Friel seconded. All agreed. <br /> James Circle - Mr . Makunas stepped down from the Board and <br /> left the room. Mr . Friel said the Board had received a <br /> request from Attorney Robert Mills for a six month extension <br /> on the Variances for James Circle. Mr. Friel moved to grant <br /> the extension. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br /> S .G.F . S.- Mr . Friel stated that the Board had received a <br /> request to release the bond of $5, 000 posted for S .G.F. S . <br /> Mr.Friel moved to release the bond after Mr. Hauck confirmed <br /> that no work had been done on the land. Mr. Makunas seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Little River Boatyard - Mr . Friel questioned why Selectmen had <br /> been involved in the Special Permit for Little River Boatyard <br /> and Mr . Hauck stated that Selectmen are responsible for fuel <br /> storage issues . <br /> Mr. Friel moved to adjourn at 9 : 20 P .M. Ms . Hawver seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Elinor Walsh <br />
