11 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 11, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance of Resignation—Assistant Town Accountant <br /> Correspondence was received from Doreen Guild dated February 1, 2002 <br /> requesting the Selectmen approve her resignation as Assistant Town <br /> Accountant effective February 15, 2002. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to accept the resignation of Doreen <br /> Guild as Assistant Town Accountant with regret. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Acceptance of Resignation—Special Events Committee: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to accept the resignation of Doreen <br /> Guild from the Special Events Committee with regret. <br /> • Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Acceptance of Resignation—South Cape Beach Advisory Committee: <br /> Correspondence was received from Francis N. LeBaron dated February 4, <br /> 2002 requesting approval of his resignation from the South Cape Beach <br /> Advisory Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to accept the resignation of <br /> Francis N. LeBaron from the South Cape Beach Advisory Committee <br /> with regret. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> It was noted that the referenced position vacancies would be duly <br /> advertised. Two vacancies exist on the South Cape Beach Advisory <br /> Committee. <br /> • <br />
