<br /> V. Acknowledgments 5.1 Quashnet School—September 11t' Festivities.Letter from Mrs. Cook—Mrs.
<br /> Cook read aloud a letter she wrote to Quashnet School Principal Robert Tippo
<br /> regarding the outstanding Flag Pin Ceremony in memory of September 11` . In her
<br /> letter, Mrs. Cook commended the students and staff for making this event a high point
<br /> of the school year.
<br /> 5.2 Letter from Steven Babbitt dated March 11.2002—Mr.Babbitt commended
<br /> the custodial efforts of Jim Douglas,daytime custodian at the High School.
<br /> 5.3 Michael Home's Article—Mrs.Cook noted an article that appeared in the
<br /> "Upper Cape Codder"newspaper regarding Athletic Director Michael Home's duties in
<br /> that position.
<br /> 5.4 South Shore League All Stars — Mrs. Cook acknowledged the following
<br /> students who were selected by the coaches of the South Shore League as "All League
<br /> Performers"for the 2002 Winter season:
