Mrs. Hortaridis informed the Committee that we have gone out to bid for <br /> the Athletic Transportation which will be effective on January 3, 2011 thru June <br /> 30, 2012. Bids need to be at the Superintendent's Office by December 6`s. <br /> 9.4 Update on School Kitchen Equipment <br /> Mrs. Hortaridis gave an overview of the lunch program along with a list of <br /> food service equipment that might need to be replaced in the next few years. <br /> X. New Business <br /> Mr. Bailey handed out information from the workshop he attended entitled <br /> "School Committee Chair". <br /> Thank you to Terri Cook& Joyce Mason for organizing a meeting between Town <br /> DPW and School to discuss proper protocols.
