VOTE: Unanimous. 54, Roll Call Vote: Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes = Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes opposed, none Article##1 #1 : Petition Articles—To release moderate income restriction at 37 Center Street Paul and Date McBrien, lead petitioners and residents of 37 Center Street, Mashpee reviewed the intent of theproposed articles with the Board of Selectmen. It was disclosed the matter is currently in litigation. If the non-binding articles were to pass at the May 'own Meeting by a / rds vote, it would merely authorize the Board of Selectmen to release the moderate income restriction only and not the Zoning Board of Appeals action regarding the comprehensive permit. Article##18 would authorize the Board of Selectmen to purchase an 80% low income restriction on the property, Article 419 would authorize the Board of Selectmen to release and extinguish a 120%moderate income restriction on the property. Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to include and support Article ##19 on the Annual Town Meeting Warrant, and not recommend Article #18. Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. VOTE-*, 4-1.
