We're <br /> planning for the annual Family Library Event to take place in November, discussed the <br /> Summer Reading Program, and had a valuable discussion of award-winning children's <br /> book titles. <br /> On May 24`h I attended the Mashpee Community Partnership Council Meeting. The <br /> council has agreed to sponsor our Summer Reading Program Kick-Off Event with Wayne <br /> Potash for$350.00. The council has also decided to renew two passes for the Cape Cod <br /> Children's Museum for the library at a cost of approximately$600.00. <br /> This month's Candy Counting Contest lasted for a month and a half. There were 174 <br /> entries and the winner, 5-year-old Justyn Moore,hit it on the nose! <br />
