AlYCommittee members approved. <br /> Old Business <br /> Approval of Invoices for Roof Projects <br /> i <br /> ,Catherine Laurent advised that Town is holding almost$80,000 so far from contractor Corolla's payment. <br /> Catherine said there are some small-leaks atTown Hall-building roo ...relatively minor areas. -She said <br /> Quashnet School had a leak in the locker room; and a salt leak at Coombs School at the shingle section. <br /> Catherine said the contractor was here today and all issues are being addressed. <br /> The following invoices were submitted for approval for payment. <br /> • <br /> $10,200.27—Pomroy Associates <br /> 47,555.00—Corolla Contracting +invoices) <br /> Motion: Irving Goldberg motioned that the 6 invoices toWing$57,755.27 be accepted for payment; <br /> i Eugene-Smargon seconded this motion; and the motion was unanimously passed. <br /> Vote: 4 Yes. <br /> Steve Cool,yes. 'Catherine said interviews are scheduled for next Monday. differ the interviews,PCC to have <br /> meeting to review. <br /> New Business <br /> Kids Klub <br /> Steve Cook said he spoke with Per Geary, He volunteered his time and designed a basic shed. Result <br /> is that a pre-constructed shed would cost about' M0 ;.whereas cost to have one-built would be <br /> approximately$6,000. <br />
