The <br /> individual hired by Cape Light came to look at the building a little over a week ago. we have not yet <br /> received his proposal. <br /> Update on'Pop warner Concession Buidr <br /> Catherine said she e-mailed the Association President to let him know of discussion at last PCC meeting; <br /> he is going to try and get draft plans around the beginning of December. <br /> Update on Archives Pro'lect <br /> • Contract awarded to BLL. <br /> • Price proposal received-was$20,000. <br /> Meeting tomorrow afternoon with BLW to finalize the contract and they will loop at site while <br /> here. Catherine said she spoke with Cape fight and they will loop at design when we have it and <br /> perhaps some grant available. <br /> • A meeting with Historical group,PCC and the architect will be scheduled afar they look at the <br /> project. Catherine said the Historical Commission is very excited about the project. She said <br /> they are interested in starting to scan documents but they understand the first priority is getting <br /> the building to proper condition. <br /> New Business <br /> Catherine provided a drafted FY-I #F -18 PCC capital budget. A copy is attached to the printed set of <br /> these minutes. Catherine said this is the annual CIP request and the deadline for submitting this budget to <br /> Joyce is Thursday. <br />
