<br />    									JUNE 13, 2018
<br /> 			Mr. Richard Moore, 21 Hamblin Road approached the Board and is concerned about the
<br /> 			widow's walk and he wanted to know about the 20-day appeal period. He asked if there
<br /> 			would be another hearing.
<br /> 			Mr. Mendoza told Mr.Moore that the only time there would be another hearing if he makes
<br /> 			the determination that the application is not in compliance with zoning. The applicant can
<br /> 			either  agree  to  his  decision,  or  apply  for  an  administrative  appeal.  If there  is  an
<br /> 			administrative appeal, yes, he would be notified,
<br /> 			Mr. Goldstein read the Board of Health comments into the record.
<br /> 			Sharon read the Conservation comments into the record.
<br /> 			Mr. Gould read the Inspection Department comments into the record.
<br /> 			There were no more comments from the Board.
<br /> 			Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding to the applicants of 11 Hamblin
<br /> 			Road.
<br />       			I.  The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written
<br />   				Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6.
